How to read it
- Priority: P1 issues are the ones to fix first: live links earning nothing, or broken links sending readers to dead pages.
- Source page: the URL on your site where the issue was found, so you can open it directly and edit.
- Recommendation: one short sentence per row. No proprietary scoring, no hand-waving.
